Our team will provide a free health assessment every six weeks to monitor your progress, keep you motivated, and share real results.
How our health reviews work.
When you join Unique Health and Fitness, we’ll carry out a full assessment that provides you (and us) with a snapshot into your current state of health.
During this assessment, we’ll collect information about your medical history, your lifestyle, your diet, your exercise routine, and any areas of concern. This will help us build an accurate picture of where you’re at, and what it’s going to take to get you where you want to be. Once we have an understanding of your overall health profile, we’ll help you set realistic short- and long-term goals that you can measure over time.
We’ll then review your progress at 6 week intervals. If everything’s on track, great – keep going! But if things haven’t worked out quite how you hoped, we can adjust your goals accordingly and help you overcome any challenges that are preventing you from achieving your full potential.
We’ll use a 5 point health check to measure your progress. We’ll record your:
