We run things a little differently here at Unique Health and Fitness. Read on for more information on how our services work and what you can expect from your membership.    

DOES IT MATTER IF I HAVE NEVER USED A GYM BEFORE?

No! Regardless of your fitness levels or experience, we’d love to have you train with us. All our sessions can be scaled and adapted to meet our clients’ requirements.

ARE YOUR MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY?

We think so! We offer a much broader selection of workouts than most other local gyms, as well as additional support with your nutritional requirements, and regular health assessments throughout the year.

To give you a quick idea of costs, if you join us three to four times a week, you’ll be paying roughly £5 per session.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EACH MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE?

All our membership options include unlimited access to our sessions, tailored nutritional plans, regular health assessments, 1-2-1 support, and access to exclusive competitions and events. The only difference between our membership packages is the length of the contract. If you commit to a 6 or 12 month agreement, you have the option to pay in full. Our monthly contracts require you to set up direct debits with us.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO COME OUT OF MY CONTRACT?

When you enter into a contract with us, you’ll be committing to paying for your gym membership for the duration of time stated in your agreement (1 month, 6 months, or 12 months). However, we may be able to offer exceptions in extenuating circumstances. Please contact our staff to discuss your situation.

DO YOU OFFER PAY AS YOU GO SESSIONS?

No! We’re focused on providing a unique all-round gym experience, so you won’t be able to pay per workout. Please take a look at our membership packages here. Remember, if you’d like to try before you buy, you can always book in for a free 1 hour trial session.

DO YOU HAVE TO PRE-BOOK YOUR SESSIONS?

Yes. You can book your group personal training sessions online via our Club Manager app, using your personal login details. Sessions can be booked up to a week in advance, right up until the workout starts.

DO YOU OFFER AN OPEN GYM?

We don’t offer your usual gym floor setup. However, we DO provide more than 50 group training sessions every week – and when you become a member, you can attend as many as you like!

WHAT ARE YOUR FACILITIES LIKE?

Head over to our About page for a full breakdown of our equipment and facilities. We operate toilets, showers, and lockers onsite, so you’ll have everything you need to train comfortably.

WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING TIMES?

We are open between 6am – 12pm and 3.30pm – 9.30pm on weekdays, and 7am and 12pm at weekends. You can view session times on our Club Manager app.

I HAVE AN INJURY. CAN I STILL ATTEND YOUR SESSIONS?

Some injuries can prevent our members from getting the most from our training style – but we can usually adapt our sessions to suit the needs of everyone who turns up. If you’re worried that your injury might hold you back, we would recommend attending a free trial session to see if you can benefit from our approach.
