Tailored nutritional support
Part of our role here at Unique Health and Fitness is to educate our members on the importance of good nutrition. We’ll teach you all about the effect that a poor diet can have on your training performance, and how to fuel your body so it responds more efficiently to exercise.
As a member, you will receive tailored nutritional advice and a unique recipe pack, which will list a series of ideas you can use to cook up healthier breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks – along with accurate calorie breakdowns so you can keep an eye on the numbers, if you want to. We can also calculate your ideal calorie and macronutrient intake, based on the goals you have set for yourself.
We suggest that all members complete a food diary in the week after joining us, and every 12 weeks thereafter. A member of our team will review all your diary notes before providing detailed feedback that will help you adjust your diet for better health, improved wellness, and, of course, faster results.

Train with us as often as you like! We deliver more than 50 full-body workouts every single week, at various times of the day to suit our members’ unique lifestyles.
Regular health assessments
We’ll carry out a full assessment when you first join our gym. From there, we’ll provide health reviews every 6 weeks to help you measure your progress.
